BENJAMIN OGUDORO NKEMAKOLAM-Group Managing partner

Benjamin Ogudoro started his education career at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos where he studied mathematics and Statistics. He latter proceeded to Lagos state university where he obtained his B.Sc. in Economics before he went to Manchester in UK to obtain his M.Sc. in Economics. Before he proceeded to Manchester he has already become a chartered accountant and chartered banker, the two professional programmes he pursued simultaneously with his B.Sc. degree programme in Lagos state university. The two professional programmes he started from the scratch due to his belief in acquiring knowledge from the scratch. He holds a lot of certification in the ICT field and also is a certified risk professional. He has obtained professional trainings in Public Relations, Marketing, purchasing and supply management among other professional trainings. He is currently undergoing his Ph.D. programme in Developmental Economics.

Benjamin started his working career with Leadership Trainers and management Consultant as a Trainee in 1998. From there, he moved to Wonder foods Nigeria Limited (now Promasidor Nigeria Limited) in 1999 as an admin/human resources assistant and later moved to Audit Department as an Audit assistant. He finally left the company in 2005 deputizing the Finance controller where he joined Consolidated Finance group- an American finance company as the head of Investment analysis.

Ben also moved to Peos investment group as the chief accountant. He also left for Sidmach Technologies as the senior accountant where he was head of accounts and finance before he was called to move over to B&K investment where he was the controller Financial Operations. Ben did not just stop there, he also moved to Bowclose Nigeria Limited where he headed Finance and accounts, admin and human resources as well as the purchasing and logistics department. Benjamin also had a short stay with Belloxi Industries Nigeria limited now the biggest biscuit manufacturing company in Africa as the finance and accounts manager.

Benjamin has also lectured in some chartered accountants training Institutions in Lagos. He has also lectured in public relations training Centre, Institute of personnel management training centre and had always been hired to train companies
Benjamin is known in the company circle as “Mr. Turnaround”. This is because he has turned around many companies that he has worked for. His strong ICT skills together with his mathematical background helped him a lot in his career. 

STEPHEN EMEKE OGBOKO – Director, Client Service

Mr. Ogboko possesses a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biochemistry from University of Benin (1997).  He  also possesses an MBA with emphasis in Marketing from Lagos State University.  He holds both APCON Certificate and Diploma (2000 and 2001 respectively) and a Professional Diploma in Digital marketing from Digital Marketing Institute, Middle East.

Mr. Ogboko came to Nouvelle from Eustagbo Enterprises Limited, an OAAN member outdoor advertising agency where he worked as Business Development Manager for six years.  While there he helped to identify and explore new business opportunities, develop and supervised the design of concepts, serviced clients, liaised with local governments and regulatory agencies in connection with advert placements and was instrumental in properly positioning the agency.
Prior to this time, Mr Ogboko had worked as Quality Assurance Chemist with Nocha Pharmaceutical Limited and also had a stint at Afrab Chem. Limited.  A registered member of APCON, NIPR, IPN, NIMN.  Mr. Ogboko has attended relevant seminars and workshops both local and local

PAUL EJIKEME-Director Marketing and Management services

Paul holds a B.Sc. in mass communication from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He also holds a professional qualification in Public relations and marketing. He is also an MBA holder with bias in Management from USA. Before joining Symantic Consulting, he has held different positions in PEOS Investment. He left Peos investment group as Director marketing and sales, a position he held for 8 years.
Paul has been a trainer even as an employee. He also headed the human resources and admin of Peos investment for 6 years before he was asked to move over to sales and marketing department.

He is also fondly referred to as marketing guru. He did not earn this name in this organisation.

He has earned this name before joining this company. However, we have changed his name from a marketing guru to management guru.

He heads the marketing and management faculty.
